     Ritt's Done Right Construction was founded in 2003 by Jason Ritter. Jason had the desire to create a business that was based on honesty and morality. With hard work, dedication, and 26 years of experience to date, the dreams were put into existence. Ritt’s Done Right resides in Dewitt, Michigan and completes work in all of the Greater Lansing Area.


     Ritt's Done Right not only takes pride in our craftsmanship, but also in educating our customers along the way. Teaching clients about what is being done as well as sharing knowledge and ideas about the trade of building. Ritt’s Done Right Construction has a passion for not only simple builds and remodels, but also for custom designs. We absolutely love the challenge and creativity that is put into custom builds.


     It is our goal to give you the best quality of work in the shortest amount of time that we can. We strive towards excellence in our craftsmanship as well as an overall positive experience while working with you. Ritt’s Done Right Construction takes great satisfaction in seeing happy customers. Building a long lasting relationship comes second, only to our craftsmanship. We are very proud of the many long lasting relationships we have built over the years.


Meet the Team!


Owner, Jason Ritter, has worked in the business of construction for nearly 30 years. He was first introduced to the trade by working closely with his grandfather as a young boy. He grew to love the craft and from then on, Jason knew he would pursue this career. After working on building crews through out his young adult years, in 2003, he decided to establish his own business. He loves his growing family, building motors/fast cars, and spending time outdoors. Jason takes pride in keeping his company family operated and hopes to one day pass it down. 

Kristen Ritter, our Accounts & Sales Assistant, has been married to Jason for 13 years. She recently joined the team, and with the growth we are experiencing, she has been a great addition! Kristen is passionate about health and fitness, her family, and Jesus. She is super excited to be joining Ritt's Done Right and can't wait to see where we can go!


John Coon, General Manager, has been working with Jason since 2001 and continued on with us when we opened in 2003. John manages our sales and office side of business, he is very dedicated to the company and is always aiming to better us. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, woodworking, and spending time with his family.  

Project Manager, Jeramy Knowles, has been with us for just over a year, with the rapid growth we've been taking on, it was time to add more management! We've loved having Jeramy on our team, visiting the sites and managing the jobs. He is passionate about fishing, hunting, working on cars, and spending time with his daughter.
